Dine Among the Departed

Join us for Dining Among the Departed, an evening that recreates a Victorian cemetery
experience. This unique fundraising dinner to be held on June 26, 2026 from 5:30pm – 8 pm, is
set in the Erie Cemetery among the historic resting places of Erie’s most influential figures.
Guests will enjoy fine dining, live music, and stories of the past while supporting the work of the
Erie Cemetery Association Foundation.
The Foundation is the charitable arm of the Erie Cemetery which is now celebrating its 175 th
year. It has funded a variety of projects in the cemetery which are beyond the purview of the
cemetery itself. Some of the more recent projects include the ongoing restoration of the Scott
Mausoleum, purchasing supplies for marker cleaning, the investment in a tripod to right
markers, and the purchase and dedication of the 1812 memorial and the Burleigh/Watters monument.
Sponsorships play a key role in making the evening possible, with various levels available for
those interested in contributing. This year’s sponsorship opportunities are as follows:
Strong Level – $5,000 – 12 reservations for the event with 2 reserved tables in premier
